Ciera Easterday, travel advisor

Ciera Easterday Independent travel advisor with Travelmation Largo, Florida · planning trips nationwide

What this costs you

Nothing. My planning is free to you.

There's no fee to use me as your travel advisor. I'm paid a commission by the supplier — Disney, Royal Caribbean, the resort — when your trip is booked, and that commission is already built into the published price. You don't pay more than you would booking direct.

What you will pay is the trip's own booking deposit when you confirm, and that goes to the cruise line, resort, or park — never to me. I tell you exactly what's due and when before you commit to anything.

General Travel Request

Not sure which trip yet? Use the general form. Tell me as much (or as little) as you have in mind and we'll go from there.

Free to you. I'm paid by the supplier after your trip is booked — you pay the same price you'd pay booking it yourself.

Open the General Form

Opens in a new tab on TravelJoy — the booking system I use. It asks for your dates, who's travelling, and a budget range. It takes about three minutes and nothing is booked by submitting it.

Trip-specific forms

Or — already know what you want?

Use the form for your trip type. It reaches the same inbox, pre-routed — which just means my first reply can get specific faster.

The three form links open in a new tab on TravelJoy. Themed group trips stay on this site.

Prefer email?

Email me directly at cieraeasterday@travelmation.net and I'll reply with the same questions the forms would ask.

The forms are the fastest path — but the email goes straight to the same inbox.

What happens next

How it works.

  1. 1 · I get back to you

Usually within one business day — the next business morning if you send it over a weekend or holiday. We pick a time for a quick call, or it can stay over email. Your choice.

  2. 2 · We talk through what you have in mind

Who's going, what kind of trip, what budget feels right, any accessibility needs, how flexible your dates are. No commitment.

  3. 3 · I send you options

Lodging match, sample itinerary, dining priorities, the things to think about. We refine from there.

  4. 4 · You decide — or you don't

Nothing is held or booked until you say yes. When you do, I tell you what the deposit is, who it goes to, and when the balance is due — then I handle the booking, the reservations, and the payment deadlines from there.

Planning around mobility, sensory, or dietary needs? Say so on the form — and here's how I plan accessible trips, including what Disney's DAS and Universal's IBCCES card actually are and what I can and can't do for you on each.

Frequently asked

Everything people ask before they reach out.

  • Do I pay extra to book through you?

No — there's no fee to use me as your travel advisor. I'm paid commission by the supplier (Disney, Royal Caribbean, the resort, etc.) when your trip is booked, and that commission is already built into the published price. You don't pay more than you would booking direct.

  • What happens after I submit the form?

I usually get back to you within one business day. We pick a time for a quick call, or it can stay over email — your choice. We talk through who's going, what kind of trip, budget range, accessibility needs, and date flexibility. Then I send you options to react to. No commitment.

  • How long until I hear back?

Usually within one business day. If you submit on a weekend or holiday, expect a reply on the next business morning.

  • Can I email you directly instead of the form?

Yes. Email cieraeasterday@travelmation.net and I will reply with the same questions the form asks. The forms are the fastest path because they pre-route inquiries by trip type, but the email goes straight to the same inbox.

  • What kinds of trips do you plan?

Disney (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line), Universal Studios, cruises across the major lines, all-inclusive resorts, honeymoons, multi-generational family trips, accessible travel, and themed group trips through TV-set filming locations.

  • Can you plan trips for travelers with accessibility needs?

Yes — accessible travel is a deliberate specialty. I'm Travelmation Accessible Travel Certified, which means I'm trained on park accessibility programs (Disney's Disability Access Service, the IBCCES Accessibility Card at Universal), accessible cabins and tendering on cruises, sensory-friendly experiences, dining for allergies and dietary needs, and pacing for energy management. DAS and the IBCCES card are applications you file yourself — I tell you when and how, and I plan around both outcomes.

  • Do you charge a planning fee or a deposit?

No planning fee — my time costs you nothing, and my commission comes from the supplier after your trip is booked. What you will pay is the trip's own booking deposit when you confirm, and that goes to the cruise line, resort, or Disney, never to me. I tell you exactly what's due and when before you commit to anything.

  • Where are you based and where do you book trips?

I am based in Largo, Florida, and I book trips for clients across the United States. Travel destinations are global — Disney parks, cruises worldwide, Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond.
